Iron, copper, zinc and manganese salts of rosuvastatin of the general Formula (II) are suitable as pharmaceutically active ingredients for the preparation of medicaments for the treatment of the diseases of the lipid metabolism. Cette invention concerne des sels de rosuvastatine et leur procédé de préparation (formule II). L'invention concerne des sels de l'acide (E)-(+)-7- [4-(4-fluorophényl)-6-isopropyl-2-(méthansulfonyl-méthylamino)-pyrimidine-5-yl]-(3R,55)-dihydroxy-hept-6-énoïque formés avec des métaux de transition. Les sels de rosuvastatine à base de fer, de cuivre, de zinc et de manganèse de formule générale (II) sont utilisés comme principes actifs pharmaceutiques dans la préparation de médicaments destinés au traitement des maladies du métabolisme des lipides.
