The instant invention is a multi layer structure, and method of making the same. The multilayer structure according to the present invention comprises (a) one or more skin layers comprising a polymeric material; (b) one or more adhesive layers derived from one or more polyolefin dispersions; and (c) one or more base layers comprising a wood based material; wherein the adhesive layer is disposed therebetween the base layer and the skin layer. La présente invention concerne une structure multicouche et son procédé de réalisation. La structure multicouche de l'invention comprend : (a) une ou plusieurs couches actives comprenant un matériau polymère ; (b) une ou plusieurs couches adhésives dérivées d'une ou de plusieurs dispersions de polyoléfine ; et (c) une ou plusieurs couches de base comprenant un matériau à base de bois.
