Thus, provided is an Elovl6 inhibitor, particularly a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for NAFLD·NASH, diabetes, insulin resistance, obesity/adiposity, or the like. L'invention porte sur un inhibiteur d'élongase d'acide gras à chaîne longue (Elov16) qui est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte, en tant qu'ingrédient actif, au moins l'un parmi un composé représenté par la formule (I), un sel de qualité pharmaceutique du composé, et un solvate du composé ou du sel de qualité pharmaceutique. Ainsi, l'invention porte sur un inhibiteur de Elov16, particulièrement sur un agent prophylactique ou thérapeutique pour NAFLD·NASH, le diabète, une résistance à l'insuline, une obésité/adiposité ou autre.
