Disclosed are an electronic money charging service system, an electronic money charging server and a charging method thereof. The electronic money charging service system in accordance with the present invention comprises a receiver terminal, a provider terminal and a spending money charging server. The receiver terminal is charged with and stores electronic money, and a provider terminal performs a payment approving procedure for the electronic money charged to the receiver terminal. The spending money charging server: receives from a subscriber who subscribes for a spending money charging service spending money information that includes at least one kind of information on the receiver terminal, the provider terminal, the charged money, and a payment method; charges the receiver terminal with electronic money corresponding to the amount of charged money and pays the money for the charged electronic money through the payment method if the subscriber is the person who pays the spending money; transmits to the provider terminal a message that requests payment approval for the charged money if the subscriber is the person who pays the spending money; and charges the receiver terminal with electronic money corresponding to the amount of the charged money if the provider terminal approves the payment. Le système de fourniture de service de chargement d'argent électronique selon la présente invention comprend un terminal récepteur, un terminal fournisseur et un serveur de chargement d'argent de poche. Le terminal récepteur est chargé à l'aide d'argent électronique et il le stocke, et un terminal fournisseur exécute une procédure d'approbation de paiement pour l'argent électronique chargé sur le terminal récepteur. Le serveur de chargement d'argent de poche électronique reçoit d'un souscripteur qui souscrit à un service de chargement d'argent électronique, des informations relatives à l'argent de poche électronique qui comprennent au moins un type d'informations sur le terminal receveur, le terminal fournisseur, l'argent chargé et une méthode de paiement; charge le terminal récepteur à l'aide de l'argent électronique correspondant au montant de l'argent chargé et verse l'argent correspondant à l'argent électronique chargé par la méthode de paiement choisie si le souscripteur est la personne qui verse l'argent de poche; transmet au terminal fournisseur un message qui demande l'approbation de paiement pour l'argent chargé si le souscripteur est la personne qui verse l'argent de poche; et charge le terminal récepteur à l'aide d'argent électronique correspondant au montant de l'argent chargé si le terminal fournisseur approuve le paiement.
