Also provided are methods of making these compositions and methods of using these compositions for the production of desired proteins in vivo or in transfected cells in vitro. L'invention concerne de nouvelles compositions pour la production in vitro ou in vivo de protéines spécifiques. Les compositions contiennent des composants de vecteurs, tels qu'un squelette de vecteur, un promoteur et un gène d'intérêt qui code la protéine d'intérêt, et les vecteurs à base de transposon contiennent ces composants. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation de ces compositions et des procédés d'utilisation de ces compositions pour produire les protéines souhaitées in vivo ou dans des cellules transfectées in vitro.
