La présente invention concerne un dispositif de stabilisation postérieure dynamique (PDS) comportant un sous-ensemble télescopique permettant un mouvement axial, mais limitant la flexion, le cisaillement et, dans certaines configurations, la torsion, ainsi qu'un composant de type manchon polymère extérieur principalement capable de s'opposer à l'élongation et à la rotation axiale, mais encapsulant l'ensemble télescopique afin d'éviter également une interposition tissulaire.
