The device may include a strap configured to wrap around a portion of the patient wherein the substrate mounts to the strap. The device further may include a respiration sensor mounted to the strap. La présente invention concerne un dispositif qui capte un signal d'électrocardiogramme (ECG) chez un patient. Le dispositif comprend un substrat et une pluralité d'électrodes montées sur le substrat. La pluralité d'électrodes est conçue pour capter un signal ECG chez un patient lorsque celle-ci se trouve au contact du patient. Le dispositif peut comprendre une sangle destinée à envelopper une partie du patient, le substrat étant disposé sur la sangle. Le dispositif peut également comprendre un capteur de respiration installé sur la sangle.
