The invention relates to a sealed stopper (10) for an opening in a tubing (6) for joining a chamber and a piping comprising a fastening ring (8). The stopper (10) comprises a rigid bearing plate (20) and a sealing member (30) carried by said bearing plate (20), and includes a seal having a planar and flexible central portion with a reduced thickness extending below the bearing plate (20) and a peripheral portion (32) radially deformable by a central expansion means (40) of the peripheral portion against the inner surface of the fastening ring (8). L'invention concerne un obturateur (10) étanche d'une ouverture d'une tubulure (6) d'une jonction d'une enceinte et d'une canalisation comportant un anneau de fixation (8). L'obturateur (10) comporte une plaque support (20) rigide et un organe d'étanchéité (30) porté par ladite plaque support (20) et comprend un joint comportant une partie centrale (31) plane et souple de faible épaisseur s'étendant au-dessous de la plaque support (20) et une partie périphérique (32) déformable radialement par un moyen central d'expansion (40) de la partie périphérique contre la surface intérieure de l'anneau de fixation (8).
