Summary:The present invention relates to a novel 3-nitropyridine derivative compound substituted at 2,6-loci, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition including the same for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. The 3-nitropyridine derivative compound of the present invention, substituted at 2,6-loci, effectively increases osteoblast activity but also inhibits the differentiation of osteoclasts, so that it may be usefully used for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. La présente invention concerne un nouveau composé dérivé de 3-nitropyridine substituée en 2,6, un procédé de préparation de ce composé et une composition pharmaceutique comprenant ce composé destinée à la prévention et au traitement de l'ostéoporose. Le composé est dérivé de 3-nitropyridine substituées en 2,6 de l'invention augmente efficacement l'activité des ostéoblastes et inhibe efficacement la différenciation des ostéoclastes, de sorte qu'il peut être utilisé utilement pour la prévention et le traitement de l'ostéoporose.
