El objeto de la presente invención se refiere a un método in vitro para diagnosticar cáncer colorectal basado en la determinación, en una muestra biológica obtenida de un sujeto, del estado de metilación del promotor de al menos uno de los genes APC, RARB2 y p14 y, opcionalmente, MGMT y p16. Asimismo, es objeto de la presente invención un kit para llevar a cabo el método de la invención.
La présente invention concerne une méthode in vitro de diagnostic d'un cancer colorectal consistant à déterminer, dans un échantillon biologique prélevé chez un patient, l'état de méthylation du promoteur d'au moins un des gènes APC, RARB2 et p14 et, facultativement, MGMT et p16.
