An inspection schedule holding unit (10) holds an inspection schedule containing a plurality of inspections.  An operational situation acquiring unit (20) acquires the operational situations of a cleaning device (210) for cleaning a scope to be used in the inspections.  In accordance with an operational situations acquired by the operational situation acquiring unit (20), a reschedule unit (30) changes an inspection starting time of at least one of the inspections contained in the inspection schedule.  The reschedule unit (30) specifies the cleaning ending time of the used scope from the cleaning starting time acquired by the operational situation acquiring unit (20), and decides whether or not the cleaned scope exists at the inspection starting time of each inspection, in accordance with the cleaning ending time and the inspection starting time of each inspection.  In the case of the nonexistence, the inspection starting time of the inspection may be changed to the instant, at which the cleaned scope exists, or later. La présente invention concerne une unité de maintien de programme d'inspection (10) qui maintient un programme d'inspection comprenant une pluralité d'inspections. Une unité d'acquisition de situations opérationnelles (20) acquiert les situations opérationnelles d'un dispositif de nettoyage (210) destiné à nettoyer un viseur devant être utilisé dans les inspections. L'unité de reprogrammation (30) spécifie le moment de fin du nettoyage du viseur utilisé à partir du moment de début du nettoyage acquis par l'unité d'acquisition de situations opérationnelles (20), et elle détermine si le viseur nettoyé est présent, ou non, au moment du début de l'inspection sur la base du moment de fin du nettoyage et du moment de début d'inspection de chaque inspection. Dans le cas où le viseur nettoyé n'est pas présent à ce moment-là, le moment de début d'inspection de l'inspection peut être modifié pour correspondre au moment auquel le viseur nettoyé existe, ou à un moment ultérieur.
