La présente invention concerne un appareil de préparation d'un échantillon test comprenant un contenant destiné à recevoir un volume d'un échantillon de fluide. Le contenant utilise des canaux capillaires et une ou plusieurs chambres pourvues de séparateurs amovibles pour mesurer et mélanger des volumes spécifiques de chaque constituant de l'échantillon test, ceci produisant ainsi un échantillon test préparé en vue d'un dosage immunologique.
