L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique solide stable contenant de l'amlodipine ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de celle-ci et du bisoprolol ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de celui-ci, ainsi que des excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables. La composition selon l'invention est emballée dans un emballage étanche et elle contient également moins de 0,5 % du composé de formule (3), en fonction du poids des principes actifs.
