A centrifugal separation container for recovering a suspension of cells which contains a cell population from which unnecessary components have been removed by efficiently cleaning the cell population.  A centrifugal separation container (1) is provided with a tubular container body (2) for containing a suspension of cells and rotated with a bottom section (2a) directed outward radially, a supernatant suction pipe (4) having a first opening (4a) which is located in the container body (2) at a position in the middle in the depth direction of the container body (2) and radially sucking a supernatant obtained by centrifugally separating the suspension of cells, and a cleaning liquid discharge pipe (3) having a second opening (3a) which is located in the container body (2) at a position in the middle in the depth direction of the container body (2) and axially discharging a cleaning liquid toward the bottom section (2a) of the container body (2). L'invention porte sur un récipient de séparation centrifuge pour la récupération d'une suspension de cellules qui contient une population de cellules dont des constituants inutiles ont été enlevés par un nettoyage efficace de la population de cellules. Un récipient de séparation centrifuge (1) est pourvu d'un corps de récipient tubulaire (2) pour contenir une suspension de cellules et qui est amené à tourner avec une section de fond (2a) dirigée vers l'extérieur radialement, d'un tuyau d'aspiration de surnageant (4) ayant une première ouverture (4a) qui est située dans le corps du récipient (2) au niveau d'une position au centre dans le sens de la profondeur du corps du récipient (2) et aspirant radialement un surnageant obtenu par séparation centrifuge de la suspension de cellules et d'un tuyau déversant du liquide de nettoyage (3) ayant une seconde ouverture (3a) qui est située dans le corps du récipient (2) au niveau d'une position au centre dans le sens de la profondeur du corps du récipient (2) et déversant axialement un liquide de nettoyage vers la section de fond (2a) du corps du récipient (2).
