Provided is a liquid chromatograph in which the respective installation positions of constituent elements thereof such as a detector and a column are made movable and adjustable and a conduit for connecting the constituent elements can be thereby be provided, making it possible to minimize the length of conduit connecting the constituent elements, in order to reduce the dead volume in a liquid chromatograph system, prevent diffusion of samples, and increase the accuracy of analysis by quickly transferring a mixed solvent. In order to prevent cross contamination due to residues of the samples and a cleaning fluid in a channel of the liquid chromatograph system, an injection port in which a needle can be inserted is so provided as to directly communicate with a channel of an injection valve. L'invention concerne une chromatographie liquide dans laquelle les positions d'installation respectives de ses éléments constituants, tels qu'un détecteur et une colonne, sont rendus mobiles et réglables. Un conduit pour relier les éléments constituants peut être situé à une distance minimale afin de limiter le volume mort attribuable aux tubes du système de chromatographie liquide, d'empêcher la diffusion d'échantillons et d'accroître la précision d'analyse par transfert rapide d'un mélange. Pour empêcher une contamination croisée due à la présence de résidus d'échantillons et d'un fluide de nettoyage dans un canal du système de chromatographie liquide, on utilise un orifice d'injection dans lequel on peut introduire une aiguille afin de communiquer directement avec un canal de soupape d'injection.
