Summary:An office work system comprises a first furniture unit having a first laterally-extending channel, and a second furniture unit having a second laterally-extending channel, the second channel being disposed substantially parallel to and at least substantially the same vertical height as the first channel, such that at least a portion of the first and second channels coextend. The office work system further comprises a work accessory and a connector assembly to connect the work accessory to the first and second furniture units along the coextending portions of the channels, the assembly including a pair of engagement members adapted to engage the first and second channels. L'invention concerne un système de travail de bureau comprenant une première unité meuble pourvue d'un premier canal s'étendant latéralement et une seconde unité meuble pourvue d'un second canal s'étendant latéralement, le second canal étant disposé sensiblement parallèlement au premier canal et sensiblement à la même hauteur que ce dernier, de telles sorte qu'au moins une partie des premier et second canaux s'étendent conjointement. Le système de travail de bureau comprend également un accessoire de travail et un ensemble connecteur pour connecter l'accessoire de travail à la première unité meuble et à la seconde unité meuble le long des parties des canaux qui s'étendent conjointement. L'ensemble comprend deux éléments de mise en prise conçus pour venir en prise avec les premier et second canaux.
