Disclosed is a photomask baking apparatus. The photomask baking apparatus of the present invention includes: a process chamber in which a photomask is contained; a heater lamp; a quartz glass for passing heating light of the heater lamp; a power controller for controlling the power of the heater lamp; a pyrometer for detecting the temperature of the photomask; a bottom window for passing a wavelength range which can be detected by the pyrometer; a digital signal processor for transmitting a control signal to the power controller on the basis of the temperature detected by the pyrometer; and a process module controller for controlling the digital signal processor. The photomask baking apparatus of the present invention is capable of quickly heating and baking a photomask by using the heater lamp, thereby shortening the turnaround time of products and thus reducing the cost of products. L'invention porte sur un appareil de cuisson de photomasques comprenant: une chambre de traitement contenant un photomasque; une lampe de chauffage; un verre de quartz laissant passer la lumière chauffante de la lampe de chauffage; un régulateur de la puissance de la lampe de chauffage; un pyromètre détectant la température du photomasque; une fenêtre de fond laissant passer la plage de longueurs d'onde détectable par le pyromètre; un processeur de signaux numériques transmettant un signal de commande au régulateur de puissance sur la base de la température détectée par le pyromètre; et un contrôleur de module de processus contrôlant le processeur de signaux numériques. Ledit appareil de cuisson permet de chauffer et cuire rapidement un photomasque au moyen d'une lampe chauffante, ce qui réduit le temps de rotation des produits et en diminue le coût.
