Summary: | Disclosed is a process for producing a Ni-base alloy-high chromium steel structure. In the process, in order to maintain the strength of a joint formed by welding between a Ni-base alloy and a high chromium steel, at least two first members formed of a Ni-base alloy are joined to each other by welding to form a first assembly. The first assembly is subjected to first aging treatment. A second member formed of a high chromium steel is joined by welding to the first assembly comprising the first members connected to each other. Thereafter, the first assembly comprising the first members connected to each other is subjected to second aging treatment, and the welded part between the first member and the second member is subjected to post-welding heat treatment.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une structure alliage à base de Ni-acier à haute teneur en chrome. Dans le procédé, pour maintenir la résistance d'un joint formé par soudage entre un alliage à base de Ni et un acier à haute teneur en chrome, au moins deux premiers éléments formés d'un alliage à base de Ni sont assemblés l'un à l'autre par soudage afin de former un premier assemblage. Le premier assemblage est soumis à un premier traitement de vieillissement. Un second élément constitué d'un acier à haute teneur en chrome est réuni par soudage au premier assemblage comprenant les premiers éléments reliés l'un à l'autre. Par la suite, le premier assemblage comprenant les premiers éléments reliés l'un à l'autre est soumis à un second traitement de vieillissement, et la partie soudée entre le premier élément et le second élément est soumise à un traitement thermique de post-soudage. |
