La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'un alliage vulcanisé de manière dynamique comprenant au moins un élastomère contenant de l'isobutylène et au moins une résine thermoplastique. Plus spécifiquement, les procédés produisent des alliages vulcanisés de manière dynamique ayant des caractéristiques morphologiques uniques qui ont de bonnes imperméabilité et flexibilité à basse température.
