La présente invention concerne une endoprothèse incluant un corps définissant un passage d'écoulement à travers. Ledit corps est capable de maintenir la perméabilité dans un vaisseau sanguin et inclut du fer ou un alliage de fer. Ce corps possède une surface nano-structurée comprenant un oxyde de fer, les nano-structures individuelles présentant un rapport hauteur/épaisseur d'au moins 5/1.
