This is preferably used for intervertebral discs or a lens of an eye. Kits and syringes containing the components are also provided. La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un gel aqueux dans la réparation ou dans la prévention d'une lésion du tissu mou. Ledit gel comprend un gel aqueux qui s'obtient par polymérisation d'un ou de plusieurs monomères oléfiniques insaturés comprenant un ou plusieurs groupes phosphate, phosphonate, borate, sulfate et/ou sulfonate. Ledit gel est utilisé de préférence pour des disques intervertébraux ou une lentille d'un oel. L'invention porte également sur des kits et des seringues contenant ces composants.
