Summary:Disclosed is an ionomer resin composition which is characterized by being obtained by bringing a functional group-containing olefin copolymer (A) into contact with a metal compound (B). The functional group-containing olefin copolymer (A) contains not less than 10% by mole of a structural unit derived from a cyclic olefin, while having, as a functional group, a group derived from an acid and/or a derivative thereof. By using the ionomer resin composition, there can be obtained a molded article which has an excellent balance between optical characteristics and water vapor permeability. L'invention concerne une composition de résine ionomère qui se caractérise par le fait qu'elle est obtenue en amenant un copolymère d'oléfine contenant un groupe fonctionnel (A) au contact d'un composé métallique (B).  Le copolymère d'oléfine contenant un groupe fonctionnel (A) ne contient pas moins de 10 % en moles d'un motif structurel dérivé d'une oléfine cyclique, tout en comportant, comme groupe fonctionnel, un groupe dérivé d'un acide et/ou d'un dérivé de celui-ci.  En utilisant la composition de résine ionomère, un article moulé peut être obtenu qui présente un excellent équilibre entre les caractéristiques optiques et la perméabilité à la vapeur d'eau.
