The invention relates to a device (1) for preventing water pollution occurring at a structure (3) emerging from water and including a substantially horizontal surface (3a) exposed to swell, wherein said device (1) includes a frame that can be attached to one edge (3b) of said surface, the frame carrying in the lower portion thereof a tank (4) for collecting water driven by the surf of the swell, said tank (4) having walls (4a, 4b) raised relative to the structure surface (3a) and being provided with at least one discharge opening (4d), and including, in the lower portion thereof underneath said tank (4), a vessel (6) for collecting the flow of polluted water from said surface (3a). L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour la prévention de la pollution aquatique engendrée au niveau d'une structure (3) émergeant de l'eau et comprenant une surface sensiblement horizontale (3 a) exposée à la houle, ce dispositif (1) comportant une ossature pouvant se fixer sur un bord (3b) de ladite surface, cette ossature supportant dans sa partie supérieure un bassin (4) de récupération des eaux entraînées par le déferlement de la houle, ledit bassin (4) présentant des parois (4a, 4b) en surélévation par rapport à la surface (3 a) de la structure et étant muni d'au moins un orifice d'évacuation (4d), et comportant dans sa partie inférieure, au dessous dudit bassin (4), un récipient (6) de récupération par écoulement des eaux polluées en provenance de ladite surface (3a).
