L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour la prévention de la pollution aquatique engendrée au niveau d'une structure (3) émergeant de l'eau et comprenant une surface sensiblement horizontale (3 a) exposée à la houle, ce dispositif (1) comportant une ossature pouvant se fixer sur un bord (3b) de ladite surface, cette ossature supportant dans sa partie supérieure un bassin (4) de récupération des eaux entraînées par le déferlement de la houle, ledit bassin (4) présentant des parois (4a, 4b) en surélévation par rapport à la surface (3 a) de la structure et étant muni d'au moins un orifice d'évacuation (4d), et comportant dans sa partie inférieure, au dessous dudit bassin (4), un récipient (6) de récupération par écoulement des eaux polluées en provenance de ladite surface (3a).
