Disclosed is a hair growing cosmetic which utilizes the anti-oxidative activity of ubiquinone for achieving the hair-growing effect. The hair growing cosmetic is characterized by comprising a ubiquinone derivative represented by formula (1) [wherein R1 and R2 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a phosphate group, provided that at least one of R1 and R2 represents a phosphate group; and n represents an integer of 1 to 9] and/or a salt thereof. L'invention porte sur un produit cosmétique pour la pousse des cheveux qui utilise l'activité antioxydante de l'ubiquinone pour obtenir l'effet de pousse des cheveux. Le produit cosmétique pour la pousse des cheveux est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un dérivé d'ubiquinone représenté par la formule (1) [dans laquelle R1 et R2 représentent indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe phosphate, à la condition qu'au moins l'un de R1 et R2 représente un groupe phosphate; et n représente un entier de 1 à 9] et/ou un sel de celui-ci.
