Summary:A coating film capable of attaining excellent corrosion resistance which is provided with both the first coat formed on a member having a metal surface by heating the first coating composition which comprises, based on the whole composition, 5 to 40% by mass of an organosilicon compound, 0.05 to 5.0% by mass of an organotitanate compound, 20 to 60% by mass of one or more metal powders selected from the group consisting of zinc powder, zinc alloy powders and aluminum powder, and 10 to 60% by mass of an organic solvent in such a way to cover the surface including the metal surface and the second coat formed on the first coat by heating the second coating composition which is an aqueous one comprising, based on the whole composition, 5 to 16% by mass of a silane coupling agent and 30 to 60% by mass of an alkali silicate. La présente invention concerne un film de revêtement capable d'assurer une excellente résistance à la corrosion munie de la première couche formée sur un élément présentant une surface métallique par chauffage de la première composition de revêtement qui comporte, par rapport à la composition totale, 5 à 40% en poids d'un composé organosilicique, 0,05 à 5,0% en poids d'un composé organotitanate, 20 à 60% en poids d'une ou de plusieurs poudres métalliques choisie(s) parmi le groupe constitué de la poudre de zinc, la poudre d'alliage de zinc et la poudre d'aluminium, et 10 à 60% en poids d'un solvant organique afin de recouvrir la surface comprenant la surface métallique et la seconde couche formée sur la première couche par chauffage de la seconde composition de revêtement qui est une composition aqueuse comportant, par rapport à la composition totale, 5 à 16% en poids d'un agent de couplage à base de silane et 30 à 60% en poids d'un silicate alcalin.
