Provided is an optical sheet which includes a three-layer laminated body composed of a core layer and external layers laminated on the both surfaces of the core layer without having an adhesive in between. The core layer is biaxially aligned, the main component of a resin composing the core layer is polyester, and a plurality of protruding shapes are formed on a surface of at least one of the external layers. The main components of the resins constituting respective external layers have the same composition. The optical sheet can suppress curls even under endurance test. L'invention porte sur une feuille optique, qui comprend un corps stratifié à trois couches, composé d'une couche centrale et de couches externes stratifiées sur les deux surfaces de la couche centrale, sans avoir d'adhésif entre celles-ci. La couche centrale est alignée de façon biaxiale, le composant principal d'une résine composant la couche centrale est du polyester, et une pluralité de formes en saillie sont formées sur une surface d'au moins une des couches externes. Les composants principaux des résines constituant les couches externes respectives ont la même composition. La feuille optique peut supprimer des incurvations, même sous un essai de fatigue.
