In a variety of situations, a display area of an operation button or the like which is an operation target and a sensitive area to the operation are properly set and the operability is improved even if the operation target cannot be clearly recognized. An input signal analysis section (200) determines whether or not the input position of a touch panel (10) detected by an input signal control section (300) is in a sensitive area (A1) larger than the display area of the operation button if the operation button is in a hidden state or is in a displayed state in the form in which the clearness of the contour of the operation button is low by a screen display control section (500).
