La présente invention concerne un système postérieur de stabilisation dynamique. Ledit système permet de réaliser a) une élongation par le biais d'un ligament raccordé aux ancrages osseux, qui atteint finalement sa pleine longueur pour fournir une limite de flexion sûre. Ce système permet également de réaliser b) une compression par le biais d'un espaceur positionné entre les ancrages osseux, qui fournit une limite d'extension.
