Summary:When an address indicating an access destination of a data storage section and a command indicating processing contents to the address are input into a semiconductor memory device, an information holding section outputs the block information corresponding to the input address. The semiconductor memory device determines whether or not the command is executed to the address in accordance with the output block information and the input command. Lorsqu'on saisit dans une mémoire à semi-conducteurs une adresse indiquant la destination d'accès d'une section de stockage de données et une instruction indiquant à l'adresse les contenus à traiter, une section de conservation de l'information produit l'information de bloc correspondant à l'adresse saisie. La mémoire à semi-conducteurs détermine si l'instruction est ou non exécutée à l'adresse, en accord avec l'information de bloc produite et l'instruction introduite.
