Summary:A gasification furnace which comprises a furnace main body (15) and a grate (30) disposed in the furnace main body (15) in an approximately middle position in the vertical direction, and has an air supply part which vertically pierces the grate (30) and through which gasification air is supplied to the furnace main body (15). A biomass such as a saw dust is pyrolyzed on the grate (30) to generate a pyrolysis gas. The grate (30) is constituted of grate splits (30a) disposed so as to surround the air supply part. Each grate split (30a) has a wedge shape. Four de gazéification comprenant un corps principal de four (15) et un grille (30) disposée dans le corps principal (15) approximativement à mi-hauteur, ainsi qu'une partie d'alimentation d'air qui traverse la grille (30) verticalement et au travers de laquelle l'air de gazéification est amené dans le corps principal de four (15). Une biomasse telle que de la sciure est soumise à une pyrolyse sur la grille (30) et génère un gaz de pyrolyse. La grille (30) est constituée de barreaux cunéiformes (30a) disposés radialement autour de la partie d'alimentation d'air.
