La présente invention porte sur des dispositifs et sur des procédés permettant de distribuer de petites quantités de fluide dans un environnement de production. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend : un boîtier (18), un arbre (22) dimensionné pour s'ajuster à l'intérieur d'un alésage (42) du boîtier, un plongeur (24) dimensionné pour s'ajuster à l'intérieur d'un canal (46) de l'arbre (22) et un moteur (20) relié à l'arbre pour mettre cet arbre en rotation.
