La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'une affection cutanée incluant l'administration à un sujet en ayant besoin d'une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'une composition comportant les éléments suivants : (i) une diamine primaire; (ii) une diamine aromatique secondaire; (iii) un poly-isocyanate; et (iv) éventuellement un polyol.
