La présente invention porte sur des procédés, des compositions et des kits pour le stockage et la stabilisation de molécules biologiques. Les procédés comprennent l'application de Tris(2-carboxyéthyl)phosphine (TCEP) à au moins une molécule biologique liée à un substrat solide et le stockage dans un solvant organique. De préférence, les molécules biologiques sont des acides nucléiques. L'invention porte également sur des compositions et des kits pour effectuer le procédé.
