A ceiling fan comprises a disk-like stator having a fixed shaft at its center, an annular rotor provided in proximity to the periphery of the stator, a supporting frame fixed to the rotor and rotatably supported by the fixed shaft, a blade part fixed to the supporting frame, and a locking device having one end fixed to the supporting frame together with the blade part and the other end locked to the blade part. The blade part includes a root part fixed to the supporting frame, a blade part to which the locking device is locked, and a step part formed by bending and provided between the root part and the blade part. The blade part is not easily broken when a load is applied thereto, and even if it is broken, the blade part can be anchored to the rotor side whereby the safety of the fan can be kept. L'invention concerne un ventilateur de plafond comprenant un stator en forme de disque comportant un arbre fixe en son centre, un rotor annulaire à proximité de la périphérie du stator, un cadre de support fixé sur le rotor et supporté en rotation par l'arbre fixe, une partie de pale fixée sur le cadre de support, et un dispositif de blocage dont une extrémité est fixée sur le cadre de support avec la partie de pale et dont l'autre extrémité est bloquée sur la partie de pale. La partie de pale comprend une partie de base fixée sur le cadre de support, une partie de pale sur laquelle le dispositif de blocage est bloqué, et une partie de marche formée par pliage et prévue entre la partie de fond et la partie de pale. La partie de pale ne se casse pas facilement lorsqu'une charge est appliquée sur celle-ci, et, même si elle se casse, la partie de pale peut être ancrée sur le côté du rotor, moyennant quoi la sécurité du ventilateur peut être assurée.
