A METHOD FOR MANAGING A FAULT EVENT IN A NETWORK FOR DISTRIBUTING ELECTRICAL ENERGY, AND A CORRESPONDING ELECTRONIC PROTECTION UNIT

The present invention relates to a method (1) for managing a fault event in a network for distributing low- voltage or high- voltage electrical energy (100), which comprises at least one voltage source (101) and a load (102). The method according to the invention comprises at least one step (11) of execution of a first procedure for detecting the existence of fault conditions in said load and at least one step (15) of execution of a second procedure designed to determine, on the basis of the evolution in time of the derivative of the instantaneous current in said load, the state of execution of an interruption manoeuvre started by at least one protection device (103, 103 A-C), designed to interrupt locally the passage of current in said load. In a further aspect thereof, the present invention relates also to an electronic protection unit that is able to execute the aforesaid method. La présente invention porte sur un procédé (1) pour gérer un événement par défaut dans un réseau pour distribuer une énergie électrique basse tension ou haute tension (100), qui comprend au moins une source de tension (101) et une charge (102). Le procédé selon l'invention comprend au moins une étape (11) d'exécution d'une première procédure pour détecter l'existence de conditions par défaut dans ladite charge et au moins une étape (15) d'exécution d'une seconde procédure conçue pour déterminer, sur la base de l'évolution dans le temps de la dérivé du courant instantané dans ladite charge, l'état d'exécution d'une manoevre d'interruption démarrée par au moins un dispositif de protection (103, 103 A-C), mis au point pour interrompre localement le passage du courant dans ladite charge. Sous un autre aspect, la présente invention porte également sur une unité de protection électronique qui est capable d'exécuter le procédé mentionné ci-dessus.
