Summary:The invention relates to an ultrasound insert (100) intended to lift sinus membrane. The insert (100) comprises a body (101) extending between a proximal part (102) adapted to be mechanically coupled with a surgical handpiece generating ultrasound vibrations and a distal part (103) intended to reproduce the ultrasound vibrations transmitted by the handpiece. The distal part (103) comprises an annular portion (106) of increasing cross section, the end of which is formed by a flat surface (107) substantially perpendicular to the axis (106a) of said annular portion. The insert (100) also comprises an internal irrigation channel (105) opening onto said flat surface (107).
