The invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds; methods of using such compounds; and process and intermediates for preparing such compounds. La présente invention concerne : des composés de formule (I) dans laquelle Ar, r, Y, Z, Q, W, X et R5-7 sont tels que définis dans la description ; ainsi que leurs sels acceptables d'un point de vue pharmaceutique. Ces composés possèdent une activité antagoniste du récepteur AT1 et une activité d'inhibition de la néprilysine. Cette invention a trait également : aux compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces composés ; aux procédés d'utilisation de ces composés ; ainsi qu'aux procédés et intermédiaires utiles dans la préparation de ces composés.
