Summary:Detector with a partially transparent scintillator substrate According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a flat detector is provided in which an opaque layer between a transparent substrate and a CsI scintillator is arranged. This layer is made partially transparent by opening many small holes in the opaque layer with for example a pulsed laser. This allows for the application of light to the inside of the front end of the flat detector through the opaque layer. L'invention concerne un détecteur ayant un substrat de scintillateur partiellement transparent. Selon un mode de réalisation donné à titre d'exemple de la présente invention, un détecteur plat est proposé, dans lequel une couche opaque entre un substrat transparent et un scintillateur CsI est disposée. Cette couche est réalisée partiellement transparente par l'ouverture de nombreux petits trous dans la couche opaque avec, par exemple, un laser pulsé. Ceci permet l'application de lumière à l'intérieur de l'extrémité avant du détecteur plat à travers la couche opaque.
