L'invention porte sur un dispositif (11) de support et de retenue pour des dispositifs médicaux (11) tels que canule trachéale et endoprothèse pour stomie dans le cou d'un patient, et comprenant un moyen formant support (12) destiné à former support et moyen de retenue pour un dispositif médical (10) et un moyen de fixation (13) destiné à fixer le dispositif sur le corps (36) d'un patient. Le moyen de fixation (13) est situé à une certaine distance du moyen formant support et comprend un élément permettant d'arrimer le dispositif sur le torse (36) du patient. Est décrit un procédé permettant de former support et moyen de retenue pour des dispositifs médicaux (10) tels que canule trachéale et endoprothèse pour stomie dans le cou d'un patient en fixant le dispositif (10) sur le corps (36) du patient sur une autre zone que le cou.
