Summary:Disclosed is an oil-based mold release agent for casting, which is characterized by containing 0-7.5% by mass of one or more kinds of water selected from the group consisting of distilled water, ion-exchanged water, tap water, and water obtained by dissolving an electrolyte into one of the preceding waters, and 0.3-30% by mass of a solubilizer. Also disclosed are a method for coating such a mold release agent and an electrostatic coating apparatus for such a mold release agent. L'invention concerne un agent de démoulage à base d'huile pour la coulée, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient de 0 à 7,5 % en masse d'un ou de plusieurs types d'eau sélectionnés parmi le groupe composé d'eau distillée, d'eau déminéralisée, d'eau du robinet, et d'eau obtenue en dissolvant un électrolyte dans l'une des eaux précédentes, et de 0,3 à 30 % en masse d'un solubilisant. Un procédé d'enrobage comme un tel agent de démoulage et un appareil d'enrobage électrostatique pour un tel agent de démoulage sont également décrits.
