La présente invention concerne un dispositif de stimulation neuronale, et des procédés pour son utilisation, dans lequel un ou des paramètres de stimulation peuvent être ajustés automatiquement et au hasard de sorte que toute combinaison particulière de paramètres de stimulation n'est pas répétée au cours d'une période de temps donnée, limitant de ce fait l'habituation au stimulus neuronal.
