Summary:A semiconductor integrated circuit comprises an oxide resistance change element (10), a constant current source circuit (20) for supplying write currents (IW0, IW1) to the oxide resistance change element (10), and a voltage clamper (30) for clamping the voltage on a path through which the write currents (IW0, IW1) flow. The voltage clamper (30) is provided in parallel with the path between the constant current source circuit (20) and the oxide resistance change element (10). Le circuit intégré à semi-conducteurs selon l'invention comprend un élément de modification de résistance aux oxydes (10), un circuit de source de courant constant (20) destiné à délivrer des courants d'écriture (IW0, IW1) à l'élément de modification de résistance aux oxydes (10) et un caleur de tension (30) conçu pour caler la tension sur un trajet suivant lequel circulent les courants d'écriture (IW0, IW1). Le caleur de tension (30) est monté en parallèle avec le trajet entre le circuit de source de courant constant (20) et l'élément de modification de résistance aux oxydes (10).
