L'invention concerne, dans certains aspects, un procédé qui consiste notamment à : caractériser une liaison de communication établie sur un réseau entre une station de base domestique et un organe de commande de station de base, la station de base domestique étant configurée pour envoyer des signaux vers un ou plusieurs dispositifs mobiles et recevoir des signaux provenant de ces dispositifs mobiles; et déterminer le niveau de service devant être fourni par la station de base domestique auxdits dispositifs mobiles selon la caractérisation de la liaison de communication.
