Summary:A compressed gas is supplied from above a sample container whose upper part is open. A transfer flow path to a reaction container is provided at a lower part and a transfer flow path from the reaction container is provided at an upper part. Transfer means is provided outside a microchip so that the compressed gas is supplied from a member (cover) holding the microchip. Selon l'invention, un gaz comprimé est distribué à partir du haut d'un récipient à échantillons dont la partie supérieure est ouverte. Un trajet d'écoulement de transfert vers un récipient de réaction est disposé à une partie inférieure et un trajet d'écoulement de transfert à partir du récipient de réaction est disposé à une partie supérieure. Un moyen de transfert est disposé à l'extérieur d'une micropuce de telle sorte que le gaz comprimé est distribué à partir d'un élément (couvercle) maintenant la micropuce.
