La présente invention concerne un procédé de fourniture de cellules en suspension (10) pour créer des essais biologiques ; il se compose des étapes suivantes : a) la fourniture d'une suspension de cellule congelée, b) la mise en contact directe de la suspension de cellule congelée avec un volume excessif de tampon de décongélation, (12) et c) l'incubation de la solution de l'étape b) à une température ambiante afin de décongeler la suspension de cellule.
