The invention relates to a method for the in vitro culture of T cells, in particular of modified or non-modified T cells infiltrating the so-called TIL tumours, from a tumour or blood sampling of the patient suffering from a tumour, said method successively and at least comprising a step of emergence of the T cells contained in the sampled blood or tumour, a step of stimulation of the T cells resulting from the emergence step, and a step of amplification of the stimulated T cells. The method is characterised in that the stimulation of the T cells is carried out in a closed and partitioned culture vessel. L'invention conceme un procède de culture in vitro de lymphocytes T, en particulier de lymphocytes T infiltrant les tumeurs dits TIL, modifies ou non, a partir de prélèvement tumoral ou de sang issu de patient atteint de tumeur, ledit procède comprenant successivement au moins une étape d'emergence des lymphocytes T contenus dans Ia tumeur ou Ie sang prélevé, une étape de stimulation des lymphocytes T issus de I'etape d'emergence et une étape d'amplification des lymphocytes T stimules.
