La face latérale supérieure au niveau de la région fémorale d'un utilisateur de couche n'est plus stimulée librement par le bord latéral d'une attache adhésive. Un espace S est formé dans une couche entre au moins le bord latéral inférieur (11a) parmi les bords latéraux supérieur et inférieur (11a, 11b) de la première zone (11) d'une attache adhésive (10), et la ligne d'extension virtuelle N du bord latéral inférieur (12a) d'une seconde zone (12) de l'attache adhésive (10).
