Summary:The method of preparing a toner of the present invention comprises the steps of preparing polymer binder resin latex particles (a) by polymerizing a toner composition including a poly- merizable monomer and a reactive wax; and mixing and aggregating the polymer binder resin latex particles (a) and a colorant dispersion. It is possible to control effectively dispersion of a colorant and a wax using the method of the present invention. L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer un toner, comprenant les étapes suivantes: préparer des particules de latex de résine de liaison polymère (a) par polymérisation d'une composition toner comprenant un monomère polymérisable et une cire réactive et mélanger et agréger les particules de latex de résine de liaison polymère (a) et une dispersion colorante (b). Le procédé de l'invention permet de réguler de manière efficace la dispersion d'un colorant et d'une cire.
