The invention relates to a teleoperated active annuloplasty system which can be used for the controlled, progressive, reversible and postoperative treatment of mitral insufficiency and other cardiovascular pathologies that can be corrected with the use of annuloplasty rings. The invention is based on the use of a shape-memory actuator ring which can be heated using external devices in order to activate the shape-memory effect which produces the geometric change intended to reduce mitral insufficiency. The prosthesis includes control electronics which receive external commands and act accordingly. The inventive means enable reversible, progressive step-by-step actuation, thereby providing a more controlled method generating less haemodynamic instability and intended for the treatment of various valve diseases. Sistema de anuloplastia activo y teleoperado con capacidad para el tratamiento controlado, progresivo, reversible y postoperatorio de la insuficiencia mitral y otras patologías cardiovasculares, corregibles mediante el empleo de anillos de anuloplastia. Se basa en el empleo de un anillo actuador con memoria de forma, que puede calentarse con ayuda de dispositivos externos para activar el "efecto memoria de forma", que produce el cambio geométrico destinado a disminuir la insuficiencia mitral. La prótesis dispone de electrónica de control, que recibe las órdenes externas y actúa a tal efecto. La posibilidad de actuación "paso a paso", progresiva y reversible, por los medios propuestos en esta invención, lleva a un método, que resulta más controlado y produce menor desequilibrio hemodinámico, para el tratamiento de diversas valvulopatías. L'invention concerne un système d'annuloplastie actif et télécommandé qui permet d'assurer un traitement contrôlé, progressif, réversible et post-opératoire de l'insuffisance mitrale et d'autres pathologies cardiovasculaires pouvant être corrigées au moyen d'anneaux d'annuloplastie. Ledit système est fondé sur l'utilisation d'un anneau actionneur à mémoire de forme, qui peut être chauffé au moyen de dispositifs externes pour activer l'effet de mémoire de forme, lequel produit le changement géométrique destiné à réduire l'insuffisance mitrale. La prothèse dispose d'un système électronique de commande, qui reçoit les instructions externes et qui agit à cet effet. Une utilisation "pas à pas", progressive et réversible, effectuée à l'aide des moyens présentés dans l'invention, est proposée par l'intermédiaire d'un procédé qui offre un plus grand contrôle et qui produit un déséquilibre hémodynamique réduit, pour le traitement de diverses valvulopathies.
